The service I received from Mr Bhatt was excellent from the moment I called him and asked all details. The fact that Mr Bhatt explained everything in detail including work done in a car and how will warranty work. His customer service and listening skill is on par. Nothing is a problem for him and even when I requested aftercare his conduct never changed. In my experience peoples attitude changes once the deal has been completed, but not with Mr Bhatt.
